MRC X Guinness Magic Ticket Competition

Terms & Conditions:

1. Open to UK (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) residents aged 18+.
2. The products tickets will be placed into are: Guinness Glaze, Guinness Oil Marinade, Guinness Paste and Guinness Complete Sausage Mix and are available to buy from most Distributors.
3. Tickets will be placed into these MRC Guinness products at random throughout a 6 week period ending 13.08.21.
4. The four prizes available to win are;
   1. An all-expenses paid trip for two to Dublin with a VIP trip around the Guinness Store House, with flights and accommodation for two nights.
   2. A Large Big Green Egg BBQ.
   3. One of two Guinness Goodie Boxes containing MRC product and Guinness Merchandise.
5. Prizes must be accepted as offered by the named winner. There is no cash or alternative prizes, in whole or part. The prizes are not transferable and cannot be resold.
6. MRC reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value should circumstances outside our control make this necessary.
7. Only one ticket can be won per butcher, should you draw a second ticket please inform MRC and it will be recirculated.
8. Should you find a golden ticket, contact MRC via email on hello@mrcflava.co.uk to inform us and share your contact information, and a member of our team will contact you via telephone to verify the ticket and prize.
9. Winners will need to confirm their delivery address for the prize in order for it to be received.
   1. Prizes will be dispatched to the winners via the UK mail service, unless otherwise stated. We will not be liable for any prizes which are lost, delayed, or damaged in the post for reasons beyond our reasonable control. Further details will be given to winners when they are notified that they’ve won, dependent on the prize.
10. If you are a winner, please state if you would not like us to use your name, photograph and any comments in publicity of this competition.
11. The winner of the trip to Dublin will be contacted to choose a date to travel that works for them within 12 months of winning.
    1. This will be COVID-19 permitting and major holidays excluded (Christmas, New Year, Valentine’s Day, Easter, St Patricks Day and Bank Holidays).
12. The trip to Dublin;
    1. Does not include insurance. It will be the responsibility of each prize winner (and a Guest that accompanies them) to take out at their own cost all relevant insurance (including but not limited to health and travel insurance, insurance for theft, loss and damage to property) which may be required or prudent to obtain.
    2. Consist of flights from London or Manchester airports and accommodation only and does not include airport arrival,  departure or government taxes, spending money, airport transfers or other expenses. These must be paid by the prize winner (and their Guest).
    3. must be taken within the period specified in the Specific Terms from the closing date of the relevant Competition or the prize will lapse.
13. It is the responsibility of the prize winner (and a Guest that accompanies them) to ensure their ability to travel to their holiday destination and return home and, in particular, to:
    1. Ensure that they have a valid passport endorsed with all relevant visas and with expiry date no less than six (6) months following the proposed dates of travel or such other duration as may be required by any relevant regulation. These passports, and their holders, must not be subject to any restrictions on their rights to travel to and from the applicable country or countries. Passport control and in-country authorities may reserve the right to refuse entry to prize winners and/or their travelling companions.
    2. Check any travel advisories issued by the Government and determine whether they wish to accept the risk of travelling to the holiday destination;
    3. Obtain any inoculation and comply with any health regulations required by any holiday prize destination country;
    4. Comply with the terms and limitations of airlines, other transport providers, and the venues involved in the provision of the prize.
14. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage suffered by any prize winner (and any Guest that accompanies them) that arises out of their failure to arrive at any holiday destination or return home from any holiday destination, nor will we have any obligation to substitute an alternative prize, cash equivalent or other compensation where a prize winner (and/or their travelling companion) is unable to travel to any holiday destination or fails to redeem a holiday prize for any reason.
