
Serves 4

600g (1lb 5oz) medium sized Potatoes (4) - washed and cut into wedges lengthwise |
| 1 x 300g (10oz) can Broad Beans - drained and rinsed |
|
4 x 15mlsp (4tbsp) chopped Fresh Parsley |
| 1 Red Onion - finely chopped |
| 1 x 15mlsp (1tbsp) White Wine Vinegar or White Wine or Lemon Juice |
Method
| 1. Preheat the oven 200°C/400°F Gas Mark 6. |
| 2. Place 2 teaspoons of Flava-it Hot & Spicy Marinade in a large bowl, add the drained and rinsed beans, chopped parsley and chopped red onion, half the olive oil and the white wine vinegar, combine together and place in a serving dish. |
| 3. Place the remainder of the Flava-it Hot & Spicy Marinade into a large plastic bag and add the potato wedges, toss well to coat and leave for 5 minutes. |
| 4. Place potatoes in a baking dish, drizzle with the remaining 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Place in the oven and cook for 30 minutes. Serve with the bean salad. |
