Peppered Beef Pinwheels

 

Serves 4

 

1 sachet Flava-it Peppersteak Coater
8 thin slices of Quick Fry Steak
1 large Onion - thinly sliced
1 x 500g jar of Tomato Pasta Sauce
1 Red Pepper - sliced
1 Yellow Pepper - sliced

1 Green Pepper - sliced 

Fresh Chopped Parsley

 

  

Method

 

1. Coat one side of the steak and roll to form a swiss roll style shape ensuring the Flava-it Peppersteak Coater is on the inside. Use a cocktail stick to secure. 
2. In an oven proof dish mix the onions, peppers and tomato sauce.
3. Add the steak to the sauce. Cover with a lid or foil.
4. Place in a pre-heated oven 180°c/360°F Gas Mark 5 for approx 50 minutes or until meat is tender.
5. To serve remove the steak and slice. Cook some tagliatelle place the sliced beef pinwheels on top and pour over the sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan shavings.
