| 1 x 500g jar of Tomato Pasta Sauce |
| 1 Red Pepper - sliced |
| 1 Yellow Pepper - sliced |
|
1 Green Pepper - sliced |
| Fresh Chopped Parsley |
Method
| 1. Coat one side of the steak and roll to form a swiss roll style shape ensuring the Flava-it Peppersteak Coater is on the inside. Use a cocktail stick to secure. |
| 2. In an oven proof dish mix the onions, peppers and tomato sauce. |
| 3. Add the steak to the sauce. Cover with a lid or foil. |
| 4. Place in a pre-heated oven 180°c/360°F Gas Mark 5 for approx 50 minutes or until meat is tender. |
| 5. To serve remove the steak and slice. Cook some tagliatelle place the sliced beef pinwheels on top and pour over the sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan shavings. |
