
Serves 4 as a snack or as a main meal with accompaniments

8 soft flour Tortilla Wraps |
| 1 Red Pepper - deseeded and sliced |
| 1 Green Pepper - deseeded and sliced |
| 1 Red Onion - peeled and cut vertically into thin slices |
| 2 x 15mlsp (2tbsp) Sunflower or Vegetable Oil |

200g (7oz) Crème Frâiche (full fat or half fat) |
Method
| 1. Preheat the oven 180°C/350°F Gas Mark 4. |
| 2. In a bowl place 2 teaspoons Flava-it Hot & Spicy Marinade, add the Crème Frâiche and stir - place in serving dish and set aside in refrigerator. |
| 3. Wrap Tortillas in foil and place in oven, warm to manufacturers instructions. |
| 4. Place the remainder of the Flava-it Hot and Spicy Marinade into a large plastic bag and add the chicken strips, shake well to coat. |
| 5. Place oil in frying pan, when hot add chicken strips and cook 3 - 4 minutes, turning to cook on all sides, remove from pan onto a plate. |
| 6. Add onions and peppers to pan to cook for 3 minutes, return the chicken to the pan and cook a further minute. |
| 7. To assemble - spread a teaspoon of the spiced Crème Frâiche over the tortilla, down the centre place some of the chicken and pepper filling, fold over the bottom of the Tortilla and roll up from the side. Serve with rice and salad. |
