
Serves 4 as a starter or as a BBQ dish
| 1kg (2lb 2oz) Pork Ribs |
Method
| 1. In a medium bowl combine the Flava-it Chinese Marinade, oyster sauce and soya sauce. |
| 2. Place the pork ribs in a large dish and coat in the marinade. |
| 3. Leave for 30 minutes, but coat the ribs in the marinade twice. |
| 4. Cook on the BBQ or place in a baking dish in a preheated oven 200°C/400°F Gas Mark 6 for 25 - 30 minutes. |
