4 skinless Chicken Breasts 675g (1lb 8oz) - cut into 4cm (1 1/2 inch) cubes |
| 2 Garlic Cloves - crushed |

1 small Tin Chopped Tomatoes 230g (8oz) |
Method
| 1. Place the Flava-it Tikka Masala Marinade into a large plastic bag, |
| 2. To make the Masala sauce heat 1 x 15mlsp (1tbsp) oil in a saucepan, add the onion and garlic and fry until lightly browned, add the chopped tomatoes and coconut milk, return to the boil and then reduce to a simmer for 20 minutes. |
| 3. Meanwhile in a large frying pan heat the remaining oil, add the chicken cubes and fry gently for 20 minutes or until cooked, constantly turning in the pan. Serve chicken with the Masala sauce, chopped coriander, rice and mango relish. |
